Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, quick and reasonable quote with lots of detail, plenty of communication about the job start and then the job itself was simply magical, I don’t know how they’ve done it but its almost impossible to tell that there were 2 chimneys there before. Our neighbour had their chimneys taken down by another company last year and its really unsightly where the chimneys were and we were expecting the same but our roof is now pristine. They are true craftsmen and obviously care about the work they do. Once the bill arrived it was exactly as quoted with no hidden extras and we wouldn’t hesitate to use AKT roofing again or recommend them to anyone who’ll listen.

They did a very good job stripping, insulating and replacing 3 flat roofs at our house 3 years ago – 2 dormers and a porch. Yesterday I had a tile come away as the nibs failed. I texted Adam with a photo and asked if he could help as I did not have a disc cutter for trimming the spare tile I had and my ladders were not suitable to get near enough to replace the tile. He came today while I was away, did the repair and texted me at work to say all done. He did not want payment as he said “it didn’t take too long” yet he came from Bournemouth. What a service – cannot recommend Adam highly enough – honest, courteous, tidy and does what he say he’ll do – A rare thing with some tradesmen these days.
